Bilge

Today I cut the deck kings down to size, removing the excess ends that were protruding into the cockpit. I was then able to finally take the frame off the the strongback for the first time to get a good look at it, I was also able to do some coarse sanding with the belt sander to clean up the epoxy mess that I left at the joinery at the bow and the stern. The next step is installing the bilge stringers and making the necessary cut-outs. It turns out the templates did not include the allowances for the bilge stringers, so I will need to take the time to measure there positions from the prints.
